Exam Results and Resit Information. Course Terms and Conditions
Results of your exam will be emailed to The Wine Wise Company by the WSET according to the timescales listed in the Course Specification. We will then contact you via email (or other specified method if preferred) with the outcome and score. Successful candidates will subsequently receive their certificate and lapel badge via the post.

Other Terms & Conditions
1. To book a course, please complete a Booking Form or call The Wine Wise Company directly (07804 494083).
2. Once booked, there are no refund opportunities except for exceptional circumstances. Please discuss your request via telephone or email.
3. You enrolment to the online course lasts for 12 months (Level 2) or 24 months (Level 3). If you require more time, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss extending your enrolment.
4. To book your exam, please contact us via email or telephone. Please refer to the Exam Schedule. Other exam dates may be available in Sutton Coldfield and we encourage you to enquire about times and dates to suit your schedule.
5. Once booked, your exam date and time cannot be changed without penalty. Please see above for fees.
6. Your results will be issued by the WSET according to the issued timescales. Once the results have been issued, you will receive an email stating your result. Certificates will follow shortly afterwards to successful candidates.
7. We aim to resolve any issue in a friendly and cooperative manner. In the case of any unresolved issue, please contact us. You can request to view our Complaints or any other Company Policies if not listed in the Getting Started module of the course.

WSET Level 3 Award in Wines
Exam Enquiry
If you have received a Fail outcome in either the Tasting, Theory or both sections, it is possible to raise a query upon the outcome. This will incur the following charges:
Tasting: £45.00
Theory: £45.00
Exam Enquiry with Feeback Report
If you have received a Fail outcome in either the Tasting, Theory or both sections , it is also possible to raise an Exam Enquiry and also receive feedback on the result. This will incur the following charges
Tasting: £75.00
Theory: £90.00
To request a re-grade or a re-grade with feedback, please email nina@thewinewisecompany to begin the process. Further contact will be dealt with directly from the WSET to preserve student confidentiality.
Exam Re-sit
If you have received a Fail outcome in either or both the Tasting and/or Theory sections, you are able to re-sit that part of the exam. There is no limit to the amount of re-sit exam attempts. Each re-sit exam incurs the following charges. Please refer to the Exam Schedule and to book your exam, please email nina@thewinewisecompany You are not permitted to re-sit any part of qualification to improve a Pass or above grade.
Tasting: £75.00
Theory: £90.00
Exam Cancellation/No Show
Once your exam has been confirmed, you are not able to cancel or change the date without penalty. If you know that you will be unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. A rearrangement fee of £45.00 will be applicable upon re-booking.
WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits
Exam Enquiry
If you have received a Fail outcome, it is possible to have your paper re-graded. This will incur a charge of £25.00.
Exam Enquiry with Feeback Report
If you have received a Fail outcome, it is also possible to order a regrade and receive feedback on the result. This will incur a charge of £40.00.
