A winter break in the Languedoc region of Southern France. Walking amongst the vines in the Minervois, truffle tasting and vineyard touring, a wonderful way to relax. We will take you on an exploration of some of the Languedoc vineyards, tasting and sampling wonderful wines whilst learning how they are made from some of the interesting characters you will meet. You will stay in a wonderful B & B in the village of Caunes-Minervois.
