Food & Wine Matching

This fun 2 hour course is for anyone who loves food & wine and who would like to learn more about the interesting art of food & wine pairing.
During the course we will cover;
Introduction to wine tasting & Wine Styles – learn how to taste the professional way, how to identify the various styles of wine available and decide which foods they would pair with.
Food & Wine matching - learn about some of the classic food and wine combinations and why they work (or not!). You will be given 3 simple rules to follow for successful food and wine matching and we will be tasting.
The course is taking place at Underwood Wine Merchants, Montague Road, Warwick. The price is £60 per person which includes tasting samples of a minimum of 6 wines to compliment a delicious selection of food. You will also be given detailed food and wine matching guidelines for your future reference.
