How to Taste & Evaluate Wine
Tasting wine throughout your distance learning study is very important to build up a memory-bank of smells and flavours.
Don't worry if you find this difficult at first you will soon start to recognise smells and flavours such as the red summer fruits of Pinot Noir and the gooseberry of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc.
