Starters
To accompany the three miniature starters we have chosen...
Verdelho, Margan 2005 (Australia – Hunter Valley) – an interesting Portuguese grape traditionally used to make a style of Madeira. Here it is used to make a dry, refreshing and interesting white wine.
Peacock Ridge, Merlot, Waterkloof Estate 2005 (Stellenbosch) – South African Merlot at its best.
Sauvignon Blanc Auslese, Sepp Moser 2003 (Austria - Rohrendorf) – Austrian wines are some of the finest in the world.
Main Course
To accompany main course we have chosen...
Central Otago Pinot Noir, Wild Earth 2004 (New Zealand – Central Otago) – Pinot Noir is a fussy grape and difficult to grow outside Burgundy but Central Otago is showing the world how to do it.
Rosso di Montalcino, Montluc 2004 (Italy - Tuscany) – This fabulous wine proves that Tuscany produces many excellent wines as well as Chianti.
Château de Pierreaux Reserva du Château, 2005 (France - Beaujolais) – Fruity and with excellent structure.

Desserts

Maury Solera 1928, Les Vignerons de Maury (France – Languedoc Roussillon) – A fantastic wine to accompany chocolate and Christmas pudding.
Moscato Passito 'Palazzina', Araldica 2002 (Italy - Piedmont) – A lovely Muscat wine that is mouth-wateringly gorgeous!
Rutherglen Muscat, Stanton & Killeen (Oz - Rutherglen) – your chance to sample one of the famous Rutherglen Muscat dessert wines.
