Look forward to Christmas celebrations whilst choosing wines to match your Christmas lunch or dinner. The Wine Wise Company invite you to join us at our food and wine matching dinner at The Restaurant in the newly refurbished Aston Business School Conference Centre in Birmingham.
The Menu
Dinner will be a superb 4-course meal consisting of 3 miniature starters, goose and turkey with all the trimmings, 3 miniature puddings and a wonderful selection of local cheese. Wendy Gedney, MD of The Wine Wise Company will begin the evening with an informative talk about food and wine matching with a Christmas theme.
The Wines
With each course you will be presented with 3 different wines, a wonderful way for you to put your wine and food matching skills to the test. Our friends at Worth Brothers of Lichfield will provide the wines we select from across the globe all carefully chosen to provide you with a wonderful tasting experience.
Accommodation
