Christmas Wine & Dine Event - 14th December 2007
Look forward to Christmas celebrations whilst choosing wines to match your Christmas lunch or dinner. We invite you to join us at our food and wine matching dinner at The Restaurant in the newly refurbished Aston Business School Conference Centre. The dinner will be a 4-course meal with each course accompanied by 3 different wines.
The Menu
A selection of 3 miniature starters:
- Gravadlax
- Devils on Horseback
- Foie Gras
For the Main course we will present you with:
- Slices of Goose and turkey with all the trimmings
A selection of 3 delicious miniature puddings:
- Chocolate Christmas pudding
- Marmalade laced fruit tart
- Bay flavoured Crème brûlée
The Cheese course:
- Selection of delicious locally sourced cheese
The Wines
With each course you will be presented with 3 different wines, a wonderful way for you to put your wine and food matching skills to the test.
