This course is open to industry professionals, wine enthusiasts and novices alike.  The broad syllabus looks at grape growing and wine making, followed by a detailed study of different grape varieties and the major growing regions in the world.  We taste samples of these varieties throughout the course and develop an understanding of how climate and variety can influence wine styles.
