 Australian Wine Tasting – Thursday December 4th - Birmingham

We will taste 8 wines from 4 of the most important areas of Australia, including Chardonnay from Western Australia, Riesling from South Australia, Cabernet Sauvignon from Victoria and Semillon from New South Wales. We will include Sweet and Sparkling wines and aim to demonstrate the diverse and exciting range of wines available from down under. Christmas Wines & Food Course – Saturday December 6th - Leicester

This 3 hour course is taking place at our Wine School in Potters Marston near Narborough. The course will provide you with some great ideas for successfully choosing wines to enhance all your meals over the festive period. From choosing a wine for a traditional Christmas lunch to what do you drink with Christmas pudding? Which wine to pair with goat’s cheese, cheddar, stilton or Roquefort and which style of Sherry and Port to buy? Christmas Wine & Dine - Friday December 12th - Birmingham

This years Christmas Wine & Dine event is again taking place at Aston Conference Centre and will feature the stunning food of the Languedoc region of Southern France. This is an area renowned for its hearty food reared or grown in the herb flavoured wild garrigue of this Mediterranean region of southern France. The wines to accompany the meal are chosen from the vineyards we visit on our wine tours to the Languedoc and range from light delicate whites to accompany fish and cheese to robust reds with flavours of herbs, pepper and ripe red and black fruit.
