Distance Learning Course
The Intermediate Course is an introductory level qualification intended for those who have little or no previous knowledge of wines and spirits. It is aimed at people who require a basic level of product knowledge to underpin job skills and competencies, for example in the customer service and sales functions of the hospitality, retailing and wholesaling industries.
It is also useful for those who have a general interest in the subject. Upon successful completion of the course you will be able to interpret the labels of the major alcoholic beverages of the world, give basic guidance on appropriate selection and service, as well as knowing the principals of wine tasting and evaluation.
The Wine Wise Company is the first company to launch A WSET Intermediate level Distance Learning course so that you can study at your employers’ premises, or in your own time and space.
